Alison Welton

Alison currently lives in Carlisle with her husband Kevin. She was brought up in the area and attended William Howard School before going on to do a geography degree at Newcastle University. Following this Alison did her training to become a qualified Chartered Accountant with a firm in Sunderland and then returned to Carlisle to join David Allen.

Alison works with family companies, charities, trusts and academies helping to navigate the complexities of the modern world. She works closely with entrepreneurial leaders and draws on the firm’s expertise to implement a wide range of business strategies to increase wealth and manage taxes.

Alison is keen to be involved and help in the local community and has worked closely with academies and charities in the area.
