Investors in People Award
In November we were delighted to retain our Investors in People award along with a glowing report from the assessor. Here at David Allen & Co we realise that people are an organisations greatest asset and to be successful everyone has to perform well. People need the right knowledge, skills and motivation to work efficiently and with this in mind we have developed a comprehensive induction programme for all our new starters followed by continued support as individual’s progress in the firm.
This award reaffirms our continued commitment to our staff and we are of course very proud of this endorsement.
