Many people do not appreciate the importance of making a Will but this is an essential means of ensuring that your assets are distributed in accordance with your wishes after your day, giving you peace of mind that you have made proper provision for all those people you feel should benefit.
If you do not write a Will, your Estate will be distributed in accordance with the rules of Intestacy set out by law, unfortunately these are not always fair or tax efficient.
