David Allen Financial Services add 26 years’ experience to their team

Senior Operations Manager, Lynn Craig, joins David Allen Financial Services from Scottish Widows in Edinburgh

As part of the team’s continued growth and to stay at the forefront of the fast-changing world of financial services, David Allen Financial Services are delighted to announce the appointment of Lynn Craig, as their Senior Operations Manager.

Lynn joins the team following 26 years working for Scottish Widows in Edinburgh and brings with her a wealth of industry experience. In her previous roles she was involved in the implementation and roll out of various advice projects including a direct to customer protection offering. Lynn was also heavily involved in workplace pensions.

Having managed various Customer Service areas, Lynn was able to use her knowledge and skills to manage and develop the financial advice telephony service. She has vast experience in people management and is passionate in developing people to realise their potential and what that in turn can bring to clients.

David Allen Financial Services has grown it’s advice offering to include additional services such as corporate protection and mortgage advice, alongside its traditional pension and investment offerings; Lynn will be involved with implementing new strategies to improve the way this advice is offered to our clients, to embrace technology and enhance the customer experience in this ever changing post pandemic world.
