Vicki Benson Vicki is our Employer Services Supervisor and joined the firm in 2013. Vicki advises on the legal and moral obligations employers face and guides businesses through ever increasing government legislation and red tape including National Minimum Wage regulations, Statutory Sick Pay and Statutory Maternity and Paternity Pay. Vicki also looks after auto enrolment for businesses which includes the set up and running of all pension schemes as well as any queries or advice required. Sara Turner Sara is an Employer Services Assistant and joined the firm in 2015. In her role Sara works with businesses and assists with their payroll requirements by ensuring their weekly wages and monthly salaries are calculated correctly and Income Tax and National Insurance Contributions are accounted for at the right rates. Sara is an auto enrolment specialist and ensures our clients are fulfilling their auto enrolment obligations which includes the set up and running of all pension schemes as well as any queries or advice required. Lindsay Peile Lindsay is an Employer Services Assistant who joined the business in 2010. She primarily deals with the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS), dealing with all CIS queries, calculating the correct amount of tax for sub- contractors and reclaiming any CIS tax suffered. As well as this Lindsay ensures she stays up to date with all things payroll and the increasing government legislation and red tape including National Minimum Wage regulations. Statutory Sick Pay and Statutory Maternity and Paternity Pay. Helene Parry Helene is an Employer Services Assistant and joined the firm in 2016. In her role Helene works with businesses and assists with their payroll requirements by ensuring their weekly wages and monthly salaries are calculated correctly and Income Tax and National Insurance Contributions are accounted for at the right rates. Judith Blake Judith is an Employer Services Assistant who joined the firm in 2016. With over 30 year’s payroll experience she specialises in operating schools, academies and college payrolls and understands the complexity of the educational sector, ensuring this is ran and managed efficiently and accurately, as well as providing them with the necessary reporting requirements to ensure they remain compliant. When not working with schools Judith works with other businesses across a range of industries to assist with their payroll requirements. Karen Ransley Karen is an Employer Services Assistant who joined the firm in 2017. Karen ensures that weekly wages and monthly salaries are calculated correctly and Income Tax and National Insurance are appropriately allocated. She also advises on the legal and moral obligations employers face and deals with auto enrolment, Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity and Paternity Pay and holiday entitlement. Jordan McCulloch Jordan is an Employer Services Assistant and joined the firm in 2017. In her role Jordan works with businesses and assists with their payroll requirements by ensuring their weekly wages and monthly salaries are calculated correctly and Income Tax and National Insurance Contributions are accounted for at the right rates. With experience in HR, she also analyses our clients contracts to offer advice on how improvements can be made.
