Working with third party companies

We will take the headache out of managing ‘anything IT’.  The majority of providers will only manage your computers and servers, but with us if you have a printer or photocopier fault, or a fault with your phones or broadband line, you can contact us and we will deal with these provider companies for you.

We will also liaise with software providers on your behalf.  You don’t have to wait on the telephone to be connected to a large call centre – we are your point of call for everything!

Outsourcing IT support

You may already have an internal IT team, and that’s great – we can support them too!  We work with many clients who already have their own dedicated internal IT teams.  We can assist them with projects, provide quotations for IT equipment and provide advice and guidance whenever they need it.

When you encounter an IT problem you need fast support.  Our Microsoft certified engineers are available to provide immediate assistance by providing answers or completing a remote support session for more technical fixes, getting your team up and running again.  We pride ourselves on our personal service and this means that when you call us you speak to us – no call centres and no waiting in queues – we are on the phone, supporting you at all times.

Onsite support

Sometimes a problem arises which can’t be fixed remotely.  In instances like this an engineer will be sent to your site without delay to resolve the issue and if you’re on a support contract with us you will also benefit from no call out charges!  All of our engineers have their own, fully equipped IT vans, enabling them to bring a wealth of services directly to your place of work.

24/7 monitoring and maintenance of your critical services

We will monitor your critical network services in real time using our bespoke systems so we know exactly what is happening with your IT infrastructure 24/7.  By monitoring it in this way we can predict and prevent potential problems before they occur, minimising any disruption or downtime.  We use our monitoring systems to identify key maintenance tasks on the server such as security updates, these can then be performed outside normal business hours to ensure there is no effect on your business productivity.

Backup verification and testing
