I have over twenty-six years of experience in Payroll, working with clients from all industries. I joined David Allen in 2020 as they are very client orientated, looking after each client the same regardless of whether they are a one-man business or a large company.
I am a people person, friendly, approachable and understanding. My aim is to look after my clients and make sure they can come to me with any problems. I enjoy interacting with my clients, understanding their businesses and building a relationship with them is important to me.
In my day-to-day roll I process weekly and monthly payroll as required by my clients, emailing reports to them and uploading pension reports to the pension providers if required. I also deal with employee queries, liaising with their employer when required.
I deal with letters to and from HMRC on the client’s behalf, assisting them to solve queries and update records with HMRC. I also keep clients up to date with legislation changes, ensuring everything they do meets the correct guidelines.
