For 26 years I worked in Edinburgh in one of their big Financial companies. Having worked in various roles managing Advice Support and Customer Service, I have a large amount of Financial Services knowledge that I can apply to my role as Operations Director.
In 2019, myself and my partner moved to Carlisle. It was then that I decided I needed a role closer to home. When the opportunity arose at David Allen Financial Services to join their team, I knew this was the job for me. I am able to apply my skill set and experience to the role which allows me to share my experience with the team and work to grow the Financial Services area of the David Allen group.
David Allen has an excellent repour in the local area, I have only ever heard excellent things about the company and what it was like to work there. Their service is client focussed which is something that is incredibly important to me.
My greatest professional achievement must be when myself and my team implemented the Auto Enrolment offering for a large operator. Designing the structure, implementing the processes, and monitoring the progress. Due to the success of the model this was rolled out to other areas of the group who dealt with Auto Enrolment as the preferred model.
