I joined David Allen Financial Services in early 2020 after seeing the David Allen team at a local careers fair. When I met the people that worked there, I decided they were the firm I wanted to begin my career in financial services with.
I originally applied for an accounts position, however the partners that interviewed me noticed that I had a keen interest in financial services, so they told me about the offerings in that department.
After leaving school with A Levels in physics, maths and psychology, I knew a career that involved problem solving, stimulating practical tasks and working with people was for me.
My current role involves setting up clients on our systems, preparing client presentation packs and commission inputting and reporting. My aim is to work up and study towards becoming a Paraplanner. My goal is to eventually complete all qualifications and gain the necessary experience to become a financial advisor. I am particularly interested in speaking to providers to solve problems for clients. I love the thought of building a trusting and strong relationship with clients to help them whenever and however I can.
I love speaking to new people and I enjoy learning how we help our clients with our financial services offerings. My colleagues would say I am helpful, eager and positive.
