Amy joined David Allen in November 2012 as a member of the Admin team. She attended William Howard School and after completing her A-Levels worked at a local hotel and then as a Benefit Assessor. Amy had always wanted to get involved in customer service, so when she saw an opportunity arise at David Allen, she applied for the role.
Amy’s role involves ensuring that our client database is always up-to-date and dealing with any client enquiries quickly and efficiently. Always a welcoming face when clients visit our offices, she also assists other departments within the practice with their internal systems and processes to make sure we deliver a first class service at all times.
Outside of work Amy likes to socialise with her friends and family and loves nothing more than an exotic holiday.
