Jordan McCulloch

Employer Services Assistant

Jordan joined David Allen in November 2017 as an Employer Services Assistant.  Previously working for seven years as a HR Administrator for a pipe company in Longtown, one of the main aspects of her role was completing the payroll for their 250 employees.  It was during her time spent here that she found her passion and when the opportunity became available at David Allen to join our payroll team, she jumped at the chance to pursue it as a full time career.

In her role Jordan works with businesses to assist with their payroll requirements by ensuring their weekly wages and monthly salaries are calculated correctly and Income Tax and National Insurance contributions are accounted for at the right rates.  She also advises employers on their legal and moral obligations and guides them through ever increasing Government legislation and red tape including National Minimum Wage regulations and Statutory Sick, Maternity and Paternity pay.

Jordan lives in Gretna with her partner Tom and their two cats Albert Einstein and Hubble.  In her spare time she loves going out for meals, watching TV shows and going for leisurely walks in the lakes.
