Susanna joined the David Allen team in January 2018. Starting her career as a Receptionist with Carlisle Glass in 1995, she went on to spend five years working as Cabin Crew for various airlines experiencing both short and long haul routes before relocating back home.
Having worked for the last 15 years in reception and administration positions, Susanna is a master of her role. On learning of the opportunity at David Allen, she jumped at the chance of joining the team.
As an Admin Assistant Susanna always offers a welcoming face when clients visit our offices and she ensures the admin team provide an outstanding level of service to our clients, be this in our offices or over the telephone. Susanna’s role also involves maintaining our client database so this is always up-to-date and dealing with any client enquiries quickly and efficiently. With her significant experience in business administration and customer service she will identify improvements that our team can make to improve efficiencies and further enhance the client experience.
Susanna lives in Carlisle with her husband Brian and son Max. Outside of work she enjoys walking, spending time with family and socialising with friends.
