This morning, Thursday 20 February 2014, David Allen hosted a Sage Payroll seminar focusing on auto enrolment and how the Sage Payroll software can help you and your business. We welcomed Andy Gibb a Sage representative to our Dalston office along with 30 guests.
After refreshments and networking, guests made their way to their seats in the boardroom with the seminar beginning just after 9.30am. Ian Sneddon one of our Independent Financial Advisers from David Allen Financial Services briefly explained what auto enrolment is and how we can help you through the transition. Andy then took over giving an informative overview of the auto enrolment requirements. This took us to our break and another brief opportunity for networking, refreshments and one on one question time with Andy, Ian and our internal Sage Specialists.
The second half of the seminar focussed on how Sage will help you through the auto enrolment process with Andy interactively demonstrating the new functions and features of Sage Payroll. As auto enrolment may be seen as a daunting concept, understandably there were a number of questions on both the Sage side of auto enrolment and also on how it will affect you and your business. After the seminar took place, guests queued to speak to Andy and I, who were both on hand to discuss any of the topics raised in the seminar.
