Chartered Accountant Jaimi Wilson tells us all about her around the world adventure and how David Allen support her in achieving her goals.
I have always been into sports, travel and adventure and almost four years ago I decided to take a career break and ride my bike around the world. The adventure saw me cycle 58,204km and took me over 3 years, through 43 countries and across 5 continents.
I was on a tight budget of £7 per day and therefore spent nearly all of my nights either wild camping, or thinking of other free and cool places to sleep including, churches, mosques, temples, caves, fire stations, police stations, schools etc. The overwhelming thing I took away from the trip was the kindness and help I received from people I met all over the world. The trip changed my outlook on life massively and I think it’s really important for everybody to get outside of the social bubbles they live in to gain a different perspective of the world.
