Carlisle Window Systems Limited

We started working with David Allen IT Solutions as they were able to offer a more comprehensive and competitive IT support package than our existing provider.  We quickly saw the benefit of this decision, as during the day of the support hand over they sent an engineer to our Harker office which immediately resolved an outstanding issue which had been ongoing for a couple of weeks.  Under our old support agreement this would have been chargeable but with David Allen It Solutions, full support means full support.

Since our relationship began, David Arnold and his team have helped keep our business systems up and running by providing proactive remote and onsite support, as well as 24/7 monitoring and maintenance of all our systems.  From helping us gain access to our CCTV system, to emergency out of hours support when the business critical manufacturing PC hard drive failed, they have provided us with rapid and attentive support from the outset.

We have since asked David Allen to undertake a PC replacement project to secure the business from the XP end of support security issue, which involved the planning, procurement and deployment of new Windows 7 PCs.  After preconfiguring and setting up the new PCs in their own Dalston premises, they completed the installation with an early start, before our office staff arrived, minimising any disruption to our normal day to day working.  Carlisle Window Systems didn’t ask them to do this, they offered – a different approach to what other providers do.  They then fully supported the team throughout the morning with user training to individuals.

David Arnold and his team are professional whilst being approachable and helpful at any time, day or night.  We’d highly recommend them to any individual or business who need IT advice.
