Our computer was old, slow and not properly backed up, the Sage accounts system we were using had been upgraded five times since we had started in business and after discussions with the Sage Support team, we knew we had to upgrade to improve our accounts efficiency.
Clear concise quotations were raised, different in cost but not productivity, what was a need to do & what would be a nice to do. The team were always available to discuss the way forward and with our decision made, to keep cost down, we updated to a Dell Optiplex system, with Windows 7 and a 3 year business support service, along with the new Sage 50 accounts package that will allow for recurring invoices which will save us so much time billing our customers quarterly. All necessary backups and upgrades were also done.
