Sometimes a customer will have a genuine problem which needs to be resolved before they can be expected to pay. Perhaps they didn’t receive their goods, or the goods they received were faulty. It is important to remember that circumstances such as these may cause payment to be delayed – either way, these issues need to be resolved quickly and efficiently in order for you to receive your payment.
Hopefully your customer will advise you of any issues they have had promptly and enabling you to deal with them effectively. By dealing with the problem as soon as it arises you will not only look efficient, but will ensure you get paid as quickly as possible.
