Employer Services Supervisor
Vicki joined David Allen in October 2013 as a member of the Employer Services team. After leaving school she obtained an Honours Degree in Business Management and then worked as a Benefit Assessor for six years. After this time she decided she needed a change and wanted to work for a thriving, expanding local business and took up the opportunity to join David Allen.
In her role Vicki supervises the Employer Services team to ensure they provide a great customer service to clients, working with businesses and assisting with their payroll requirements by ensuring their weekly wages and monthly salaries are calculated correctly and Income Tax and National Insurance contributions are accounted for at the correct rates. She also advises employers on their legal and moral obligations and guides them through ever increasing Government legislation and red tape including National Minimum Wage regulations, Statutory Sick Pay and Statutory Maternity and Paternity Pay.
Outside of work Vicki likes spending time with family and friends and going shopping.
