‘After leaving school I spent a long time in the catering industry, managing many different restaurants and hotels throughout the UK, developing my customer service skills. I then started to work as a delivery driver, whilst doing this I stumbled across a video on YouTube which explained how to make chocolates. I decided to try it, I enjoyed it and so I started making them for friends and family, which then evolved into opening my own shop.
Myself and my team produce over 35 different flavoured chocolates in store, in milk, white and dark chocolate. We sell from our shop on Fisher Street and also to a number of local retailers from Cranstons, The Rum Story, Suzie Boo’s of Dalston and more.
As a business, we aim to provide high-quality chocolates and bars, focusing on strong flavours and an amazing taste.
