Angel Roberts

My connection to David Allen began when my partner’s parents, who are long-standing clients, spoke highly of the professionalism and support they received.  Their positive experience encouraged me to join the company, and I quickly discovered that it was the perfect environment to develop my career.

Over the past ten years, I have worked across administration, accountancy and payroll, gaining valuable experience in several areas of the business.  I enjoy learning how different roles and departments support one another, and it is inspiring to see that every team shares the same goal of giving clients the best possible service.  This breadth of experience has proven particularly beneficial in my current role as a Payroll Assistant, where I ensure clients’ payrolls are processed accurately and efficiently.  It has also allowed me to build a strong understanding of different pension schemes and company requirements.

The team at David Allen is welcoming and approachable, regardless of specialism, which creates a collaborative and supportive workplace.  Help and guidance are always available, and knowing that we work together towards shared goals makes the role both rewarding and enjoyable.  Looking ahead, I am keen to continue progressing my career at David Allen and to broaden my knowledge across the business.

Something interesting about me, is that I enjoy making wax melts for friends and family and exploring Michelin-starred restaurants across the country.
