Whilst the thought of contemplating your passing and clearly documenting your wishes may be unpleasant, it does prevent much greater upset and distress for your loved ones in the future. Sadness and grief are inevitable when someone dies, but leaving behind a trail of trauma, unforeseen expense and even family feuds can be avoided if you provide clear and specific instructions to your successors by writing a Will.

When should I get my Will reviewed?
We recommend you review your Will every few years to ensure it still meets your needs and wishes are in line with any updates in law. As part of our service, we contact our clients every three years to offer a free Will review. Other times when to consider having your Will reviewed would be:
- If you believe any of your beneficiaries have become vulnerable in any way (medically or financially).
- If you have had children.
- If anyone mentioned in your Will has passed away.
- If you inherit an estate.
