Becca Rowe

I joined David Allen in 2023 as a Payroll Assistant , processing payrolls of different frequencies with different deadlines.  I thrive in the fast-paced nature of the role, no two days are ever the same and I find it incredibly rewarding to resolve client matters efficiently and effectively.

My decision to join David Allen was driven by the company’s strong reputation and the many positive things I had heard about it’s culture and opportunities for growth.  Since making the move, I have gained a wealth of industry knowledge, developed valuable new skills, and grown both professionally and personally.  Our team works collaboratively, supporting one another with workloads and sharing responsibilities.  There is a strong sense of mutual respect, where everyone’s ideas are welcomed and listened to.

I have recently completed my Payroll Technician course through David Allen and am excited to take on new responsibilities, contribute meaningfully to the team’s continued success, and pursue further learning opportunities to deepen my expertise.

Away from work, I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family, I especially love getting outdoors for walks with my dog.
