Bibian McRoy

We are incredibly passionate about our people and as HR and Talent Manager at David Allen, I lead a dedicated team that focuses on what matters most, our people.  We recognise that the skills, ambitions and wellbeing of our employees are just as important as the service we provide to our clients.  We strive to attract, inspire and empower people who want to grow with us and our clients, and that is what drives everything we do.

My team and I cover all aspects of the employee lifecycle and also administer our internal payroll.  When we aren’t working on the day to day stuff we are collaborating on how to improve our systems and processes and the overall experience for our colleagues at #DA. I am always looking for ways to enhance our processes and peoples experiences to make things run more smoothly for everyone.

One of the most rewarding parts of my role is coaching and supporting managers, helping them reach their full potential and become better leaders.  My background in neurolinguistic programming, coaching and mediation has been invaluable in this, allowing me to guide others in a way that is grounded in respect and integrity.

My focus is always on cultivating an environment where everyone feels supported and has the chance to thrive.  I enjoy my role because no two days are the same, but every day brings the chance to make a real difference.
