David Allen always stood out to me for having such a great reputation in the professional growth and training of apprentices to help them thrive in their career.  I knew that if I wanted to become a chartered accountant then this is the place to start.  Within my team there is a brilliant working environment where we all communicate and help each other where we can in order to provide our clients with the best experience possible.

As an Accounts Assistant I prepare and draft VAT returns and accounts for sole traders and partnerships.  Having studied Maths and Computer Science at A level, I was keen to pursue a career that would allow me to apply these skills in a meaningful way.  When I discovered the Level 3 AAT Apprenticeship at David Allen, I knew it was the perfect opportunity.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time in the Lake District, particularly hiking The Wainwrights which helps me build resilience and perseverance.  This compliments my professional life too as I aim to exceed clients expectations in the services I provide them.
