I have 16 years of banking experience and specialise in providing mortgage advice to customers by assessing customers individual needs and circumstances. I would also establish if the customer had any protection needs and would discuss life and critical illness cover to provide the client with peace of mind if anything untoward should happen, they had cover.
Whilst networking in my previous role, I met staff from David Allen. I found colleagues at David Allen to be friendly, professional, and forward thinking. Client aspirations and needs are a priority for the David Allen group, these values are something I admire. When the role became available within David Allen Financial Services, I knew I wanted to make the move.
In my role I am able to look at “whole of market products” to find the best mortgage product or insurance for the client and not being restricted to just one brand.
I provide a friendly and professional experience and help the client through the process each step of the way, keeping them informed throughout. My role is very rewarding, I enjoy helping clients achieve their goals and taking any stress away to make the process as smooth as possible for them.
