Elizabeth Clark

My experience in credit control has taught me some valuable life skills such as effective communication, attention to detail and financial understanding.  Alongside my previous work with Cumbria Constabulary and my current role as clerk to Boltons Parish Council, I have developed excellent organisational skills, diplomacy, and the ability to work confidently with a wide range of people which I find invaluable in client facing situations.

My role at David Allen is incredibly rewarding as it allows me to build strong client relationships, understand their needs and communicate in a way that is firm but fair.  Creating positive, professional relationships not only helps resolve queries more efficiently but also builds trust, which makes future interactions smoother leading to improved cashflow and reduced aged debt.

At David Allen there is a people focused culture which aligns perfectly with my motivation to work in environments where communication and relationship building are valued.  Being part of a team that prides itself on expertise and integrity makes my work fulfilling and the genuine commitment to both clients and staff is important to me.

As I continue to grow in the role, I aim to develop my credit control expertise while supporting the wider success of the firm.  I want to build long term client relationships and be someone they trust to communicate clearly and resolve issues effectively.

However away from the office, I enjoy walking my dog and spending time outdoors to unwind, stay active and recharge.  I also really enjoy Pilates for the same reason.
