In my role as a Wills and Probate Assistant , I work closely with clients, supporting them throughout the Will making process, arranging appointments and managing the administration involved, including the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney. I understand that these conversations can feel personal and, at times, sensitive, and I aim to make the process as clear, supportive and straightforward as possible for every client.
With a background in health and social care, I have extensive experience working with those who deserve respect and integrity alongside supporting families. This has given me a strong appreciation of the importance of planning ahead and taking the time to listen, explain and reassure. Every client’s circumstances are different, and I find it especially rewarding to be part of a team that helps people make important decisions with confidence, care and dignity.
I was drawn to David Allen for our strong reputation and genuine commitment to developing staff, we also put a focus on client needs and providing a good service. My goal in my role is to grow in confidence and capability, and to contribute meaningfully to the team and the clients we support.
Away from my role at David Allen, I hold a Master of Theology from St Andrews, along with qualifications in Health and Social Care and Dementia Awareness, which have shaped my approach to client service. I am also Secretary of the Carlisle Ramblers and enjoy walking in the Cumbrian countryside. I also love baking another activity where patience and precision really pay off.
