Working at David Allen means my role is incredibly varied, I am involved in everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, reward, and beyond.  It is this variety, and the people I work with, that I enjoy most.  It allows me to contribute across different areas of the business while continuously expanding my HR knowledge and skills.

What I find most rewarding is being part of our people’s journeys and watching the team grow.  Seeing individuals progress, such as from Apprentices to Chartered Accountants, and knowing I have played even a small part in that success is truly fulfilling.  Celebrating these achievements and witnessing the high level of expertise within #TeamDA is incredibly inspiring.

I am fortunate to work in a highly supportive team where knowledge sharing and collaboration are second nature, helping us all perform at our best.  Our strong commitment to our people ,learning and development motivates me every day.  This culture of growth drives me to keep learning, and I now aim to work toward my Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, with the goal of continuing to support both our people and the business as we grow.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading and exploring the beautiful landscapes of the Lake District on long walks.
