Evie Branthwaite

I am an Accounts Assistant at David Allen, working towards my Associate of Accountancy (AAT) Level 3 Qualification.  My primary responsibilities include preparing and drafting VAT returns and accounts for sole traders and partnerships.  What truly motivates me, however, is supporting businesses in reaching their full potential and contributing to their success.  My interest in accounts first started in school as I looked forward to Maths lessons and found great satisfaction in solving problems.  This passion led me to study Business for two years at college where I received my Level 3 Business Diploma.  I was introduced to financial statement, an area that sparked my enthusiasm for pursuing a career in accountancy.

I joined David Allen after meeting so many friendly, enthusiastic and encouraging staff who helped me feel comfortable and confident when coming into the workplace.  Their genuine passion for their work inspired me and reinforced my desire to deliver the highest standard of service to our clients.

My interests outside of work include my love for football which I often go to watch on weekends with my family.  I have played football myself for over 10 years and am now in the women’s football team which I still feel very compassionate about.  In my free time I love to see friends and family, go shopping or for walks.
