Gloria Drake

I have been part of #TeamDA for over 20 years as a Business Administrator, during which time I have seen the business grow, change and progress.  Being part of that journey is something I am incredibly proud of.

I first joined David Allen because it felt like a business where people mattered.  Over the years, this has become more and more prominent and it has always been a place where clients are looked after properly and where the team supports one another.

As one of the friendly faces on reception, I enjoy being able to welcome clients, visitors and colleagues each day.  I take pride in making sure people feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the doors, whether they are visiting us for the first time or have been coming to us for many years.

One of the things I enjoy most about my role is the people I meet.  Over the years, I have got to know so many clients and have seen their businesses flourish, their families grow and their circumstances change.  It is lovely to be part of that journey and to build those relationships over time.

My role is varied and no two days are ever quite the same.  I am always happy to help clients and colleagues with any query and I enjoy being part of a team that works together to give people a positive experience.  After more than 20 years, I still feel proud to be part of David Allen and the role we play in supporting our clients.
