Jayden Johnston

In my role as a Financial Services Administrator at David Allen, I work alongside our Financial Advisers and Assistants to gather essential information and liaise with providers to ensure a seamless, high quality service for our clients. I take pride in maintaining momentum throughout each stage of the process and providing clear, timely updates to clients so they always feel informed and valued. Knowing that my work contributes directly to an exceptional client experience and hearing positive feedback from those we support, makes my role incredibly rewarding.

My journey into Financial Services began early with a keen interest in business and finance. Attending one of the David Allen open evenings confirmed my ambition, and after speaking with the Financial Services team I knew this was the right career path for me. I joined through an apprenticeship, driven by a desire to grow within a company that offers a supportive and dynamic environment. I look forward to continuing to advance my career within such a collaborative and forward thinking team.

When I am not at my desk I am supporting my other team on the pitch, Maryport Amateur Rugby League Club and was recently nominated for England Rugby League Trials. The skills I have developed in sports, such as communication, working toward common goals and supporting others, are values I bring to my role at David Allen. Teamwork is at the heart of everything I do, whether it is helping my colleagues or building towards success on the field.
