Joanna Seminara

As a Debt Recovery Specialist at David Allen, I help businesses across Cumbria collect payment for unpaid invoices.   My day to day duties include, speaking to clients and giving them the best service I can with updates about their debts, speaking to debtors to set up payment arrangements and navigating court proceedings and enforcement.

I particularly enjoy the legal side of my role, having started my career in the litigation department of a large law firm.  This provided me with invaluable experience and a deep understanding of the legal intricacies involved.  I get a great sense of accomplishment from achieving positive outcomes for our clients.

My favourite way to spend my free time is to dive into a good murder mystery book or film.  Emercing myself into the captivating twists and turns of this genre inspires me to bring the same analytical and methodical mindset and determination to my work each day.
