As an IT Engineer at David Allen IT Solutions, myself and the team help the businesses with everything from Microsoft applications and networking to hardware, phone systems and cyber security.  What makes my job so rewarding is solving problems and putting solutions in place that make everyday work easier and more secure for business owners across Cumbria and South West Scotland.

I pride myself on continuous professional development and the certifications I have worked hard towards have given me a solid foundation to support clients with qualifications like: CompTIA A+ and Network+ it means I can resolve issues quickly and keep systems connected, while Security+ and Secure Infrastructure Specialist training help me protect data and build safe environments.  I am also studying Ethical Hacking and Digital Forensics, ensuring I stay one step ahead of the growing number of cyber threats.

I joined David Allen IT Solutions for its reputation for expertise and supportive culture, and I am excited to keep developing, particularly in cyber security and project delivery.
