Joshua Ward

I have always enjoyed helping people and find it incredibly rewarding to solve a problem that enables someone else to carry on with their work. That passion for technology and problem solving is what led me to pursue a career in IT.

I studied Computer Science at A Level and, before joining David Allen, worked as a Retail Assistant at Primark, where I completed a Retail Apprenticeship. Ready for a new challenge and a career I had long been interested in, I decided to make the move into IT.

In my role, I support colleagues across the business by setting up devices, managing software and assisting with a variety of technical tasks. Every day brings opportunities to learn something new and expand my technical knowledge.

What sets David Allen apart is the people. Everyone is approachable, supportive and always willing to help, creating a welcoming and closeknit environment where you are encouraged to develop and grow.

Away for the office, I still enjoy tinkering with computers and electronics, collecting records and programming as a hobby. I like understanding how things work and finding new ways to develop my skills.
