The best part of my role as Tax Consultant at David Allen is the opportunity to connect with our clients and support their individual and business needs.  I find the guidance we offer as a team incredibly rewarding.  My role allows me to build on our client relationships, providing them with the clarity and guidance they need to make informed, strategic decisions for their business.

I am passionate about my work and always strive to bring a high level of professionalism to everything I do.  Being based in both the Dalston and Workington offices, one of the things I appreciate most about my role is the collaborative environment within my team. Everyone is encouraged to lend their ideas, skills and experience, which creates a highly motivated atmosphere.  I joined David Allen as part of my internship year from University giving me a great opportunity to get workplace experience.  After my initial year, I was delighted to be able to continue in my role part time alongside my studies to then return to the office when I qualified and returned to Cumbria.

With a First-Class degree in Accounting and Finance and currently working towards my Chartered Accountant qualification, I am dedicated to my professional growth, constantly seeking opportunities to take on new responsibilities and expand my skill set. The support and experience gained at David Allen combined with the quality of education and strong industry connections I gained from Liverpool John Moores University, has given me the confidence to contribute fresh ideas and insights to my team.
