I am proud to be part of the David Allen IT Solutions team, based in Carlisle.   In my role, I work closely with our team of experts to monitor our clients’ IT systems, making sure they run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

Every day brings something different, and I can often be found on our support desk, responding quickly to client requests and resolving issues with practical, reliable solutions.

The opportunity to combine technical knowledge with a personal approach, is what I enjoy most about my role, being able to identify not only how to fix an issue but also how to prevent it from happening again.

It is that forward thinking, proactive service that reflects our team’s commitment to quality.   We do not just look for a quick fix; we work behind the scenes to create long-term improvements for our clients’ systems and overall experience.

Supporting the local community is something I really value and am proud to be a volunteer leader for the Squirrels section at the 123rd Carlisle Scouts.   It is something that has helped me strengthen my teamwork and leadership skills which has benefits both my personal and professional life.
