I joined David Allen in 2019 through an apprenticeship programme with Carlisle College. I am completing Level 3 Infrastructure Technician qualification which will give me knowledge in network fundamentals and business processes.
I offer excellent customer service and a friendly attitude that our clients appreciate. I ensure that I use jargon free language to explain a process to all of my clients. I also bring perseverance to get the job done no matter how complicated it is.
My greatest achievement so far is having the confidence and ability to go to a client’s site on my own myself and carry out the work for them.
Clients say that I am friendly and fast at resolving their problems, ensuring they have minimum downtime.
