Before joining David Allen IT Solutions, I remember my parents having a David Allen mug and often seeing news articles about the company’s impressive progress.  I took it as a sign and now I am proud to be an IT Consultant within the team.  My role involves supporting and maintaining our client base, as well as working on projects that develop and enhance their IT infrastructure and security.  It is highly rewarding to resolve major issues for clients and help them get back to doing what they do best.

I began my IT career straight after finishing my degree at the University of Worcester in Lincolnshire, later moving on to work within the Corporate IT team of one of the UK’s largest food manufacturers.  After relocating back to Cumbria, I joined David Allen IT Solutions and have since been working towards additional qualifications including my Fortinet Certified Professional.  I am fortunate to work in a fantastic and accommodating team with a diverse range of skills, something that continually motivates me to push myself further.

Looking ahead, I am excited to broaden my knowledge even more, potentially exploring account management in the future.
