From a young age I have always been in customer facing roles, for 23 years I worked for a local Country House Hotel, I then went into the Police as a Special Constable. I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with people and putting them first in both my previous roles.
I had heard a lot about David Allen and how the business was growing rapidly. I wanted to be a part of a family-owned, modern, successful business and I had a wealth of knowledge that I knew I could bring to the company.
Clients are always at the forefront of my day to day working life, I pride myself in delivering the best customer service experience when clients call or visit the office. Professionalism and listening are key part in customer service, which is ensured on a daily basis. The best thing about working with our clients is the variation of what is required. I feel that when you know your client they put trust in you.
Outside of work I love spending time with my family – going for walks with my husband and dogs, helping out with my son’s business ‘The Old Bank’ a gastro restaurant in Carlisle.
