Matthew Dorrance

Every set of client accounts and requests for assistance is different, and that keeps each workday fresh and challenging.  As a Software Support and Development Assistant, I bring real enthusiasm and passion to what I do, it is important to me that every set of accounts I prepare is accurate, thorough and meets, if not exceeds our client’s expectations.

One of the main reasons I joined David Allen was because of our culture.  Right from the beginning, it felt like a place where people genuinely want to help and support each other.  Early in my career, having that kind of encouragement and teamwork around me made a real difference, and it is something I greatly appreciate as I continue to grow and learn.

I work hard to ensure I am someone my team can depend on, whether that is picking up extra work when things get busy or collaborating across departments to make sure deadlines are met.  I believe that in a business like ours, teamwork, a strong work ethic and a commitment to high standards are so important.

Long-term, I am dedicated to building my career towards becoming a Chartered Accountant.  I am excited to keep developing, learning and contributing to a team that shares my values of hard work, professionalism and ambition.
