I joined David Allen in January 2021, having worked at another local IT firm for 17 years supporting Business and Education customers.
I have a wide range of technical skills including problem solving and have the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. Problem solving is a key part of IT and not just fixing an issue but finding out why it has happened so we can stop the issue re-occurring.
IT is very fast paced and no day is ever the same, this means the work is varied which I really enjoy. I love that every day I get to work and deploy cutting edge technology, helping our clients get the most out of their IT investment.

My greatest achievement to date is how much I have achieved in my career. I started as an IT apprentice ad have worked my way up to the high level of IT knowledge I have today.
