Nicola Roberts

Having worked closely with sole traders and small business owners throughout my career, I understand how rewarding it is to support people who are building a livelihood for themselves and I enjoy being part of a team that contributes to their success. My strong organisational skills, attention to detail and experience across administration, customer service, healthcare and retail roles have enabled me to build a varied and rewarding career.

Before working at David Allen, I was part of the administration team at Workington Academy, supporting a busy school environment and providing assistance to students, parents and visitors. My previous experience also includes roles within primary healthcare and pharmacy settings, where I developed valuable skills in reception duties, record management, GDPR compliance and customer care.

What I value most about David Allen is its positive reputation, friendly team and commitment to helping people achieve their goals. I enjoy being part of an organisation that takes pride in delivering excellent service and building strong, long lasting relationships

I like to think of myself as friendly, approachable and always willing to go the extra mile to help others whenever I can, and I think my colleagues would agree, but outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and animals, as well as home baking and crafts. I am passionate about animal welfare and rescue and am a member of the Cumberland Bat Group.
