Rachel Park

I support our mortgage advisers by ensuring the mortgage and protection process runs smoothly for home buyers.

My role involves everything from submitting cases to our compliance team and liaising with solicitors to keeping our clients updated on the progress of their applications.  Throughout it all, my focus is on making sure our clients feel well informed, supported and confident at every stage of their journey.

Before joining the David Allen Mortgages team, I spent six years at Bank of Scotland, where I worked closely with customers to understand their aspirations and offer practical solutions to help them build towards their goals.  This experience taught me the importance of personalised support.

I also assist the team behind the scenes with reports and reconciliations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and that our advisers can focus on delivering the best possible experience for our clients.  I genuinely enjoy working with numbers and take full responsibility for ensuring everything balances and is submitted on time.

Since joining David Allen, I have been inspired by the team’s energy and commitment.  I am proud to be part of such a positive, driven group of professionals.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with friends and my three nephews.  When I get the chance, I love being out in the countryside or up in the fells with my two labradors and my fiancé, Dave, especially when I can persuade him to take a break from the farm.
