Sital Mavji

Technology is constantly evolving and the growing sophistication of AI is a big part of what makes my role at David Allen so rewarding.  My key focus is to support our people by improving technology and processes to streamline our operations and ensure our processes run more efficiently so we can focus on our client care.  Being able to implement changes that genuinely make a difference is incredibly fulfilling and something I really enjoy.

My academic background includes a Bachelor of Business Information Technology, with majors in Marketing and Business Information Technology.  I began my career in Wellington, New Zealand, before moving to Melbourne, Australia, where my journey in Project Management started.  Since then, I have had the opportunity to work and live in London, before returning to Australia and settling in Sydney.

While in Australia, I volunteered with Melbourne City Mission as part of their aged care facility visitors programme.  This experience was both enjoyable and deeply fulfilling and I built a meaningful friendship with one individual that lasted over five years!

My career path has now brought me to David Allen, where my partner and I have chosen to settle in Cumbria, as we both love the countryside and the lifestyle it offers.  I am excited to continue exploring new opportunities, expanding my knowledge and developing new skill sets.

Outside of my profession, I enjoy spending time in nature, particularly hiking which is one of my beloved activities over the weekends.  I also have a strong interest in astronomy and meteorology and at some point would love to pursue study in one or both of these areas simply for personal interest, as I am fascinated by space exploration and weather formations.
