Sophie Wilson

Growing up on a family farm, I have always appreciated the hard work, commitment and resilience required to run a successful business.  This background gave me a strong understanding of the challenges faced by clients and originally led me to join David Allen’s Agricultural Accounts team.

During my time with the firm, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of departments, including the Corporate Accounts team, where I enjoyed developing my understanding of how we support businesses at every stage of their journey.  This experience gave me valuable insight into the wide range of services we provide and strengthened my appreciation for the important role our teams play in helping clients achieve their goals.

I now work within the Tax team, where I provide administrative support to colleagues and assist with the smooth delivery of tax services to our clients.  My role involves helping to manage client information, coordinating workflows and supporting the team to ensure deadlines are met efficiently and accurately.

One of the key reasons I chose David Allen was the incredible support and opportunities available for personal and professional development.  From day one, I have felt valued and encouraged to grow, and I am grateful for the experiences that have enabled me to broaden my skills and progress my career within the business.

I enjoy being part of a team that is committed to delivering outstanding client service, and I take pride in supporting both my colleagues and our clients.  Working across different departments has given me a well rounded understanding of the business, and I look forward to continuing to develop my knowledge and contribute to the success of the team.
