Tina Fitzgerald

I am part of the Wills and Probate team at David Allen, working as a Trainee Will Writer.  Since joining the team, I have been developing my knowledge of Will writing, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate planning, while gaining hands on experience in a field that is both challenging and rewarding.

My role involves supporting the preparation and administration of Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney and other important legal documents, helping to keep client records up to date and working closely with the wider team to make sure clients receive a professional, efficient and caring service. Attention to detail, organisation and clear communication are all important parts of my day to day work.

Although this is a new area of work for me, I have really enjoyed learning more about the role and building my confidence alongside such an experienced and supportive team.  I have always enjoyed building and maintaining relationships, and I take pride in providing a high level of service to clients.

One of the things I value most about David Allen is the strong team camaraderie. Everyone has been welcoming and supportive, and it is clear how much care goes into the service provided to clients.  The team works incredibly well together, and I am proud to be part of a business that also plays such an active role in the local community.

I am continuing with my training and working towards gaining further qualifications with the Institute of Professional Will Writers.  My aim is to keep increasing my skill set and provide the level of service our clients deserve.

Outside of work, I am a mum to three grown up children who have now all left the nest.  I enjoy hiking with my two German Shepherds, reading and spending time with friends and family.
