David Allen IT Solutions is pleased to announce that we have achieved our third Microsoft Solutions Partner designation, adding Security to our existing accreditations in Modern Work and Infrastructure (Azure).  This achievement reflects the strength of our team’s technical expertise and further reinforces the firm’s reputation as a trusted IT partner for businesses across the North of England and Southern Scotland.

These designations recognise organisations that demonstrate proven capability in delivering Microsoft technologies and solutions to clients.  Holding all three designations highlights the breadth of expertise within David Allen IT Solutions and places the firm among a small number of IT providers in the North with this level of accreditation.

The Security designation recognises the team’s ability to deploy and manage Microsoft security technologies such as Entra, Defender, Information Protection and Intune across a wide range of client environments and industries.  By implementing and maintaining these solutions, the team helps businesses strengthen their cyber security, protect sensitive data and operate with confidence in an increasingly digital world.

Achieving this milestone has been a true team effort, involving the identification of where these technologies can add value for clients, the successful delivery of implementation projects and the ongoing support required to ensure systems remain secure and effective.

A key step in securing the designation was the completion of the Azure Security Engineer Associate certification by Daniel Russell.  This advanced qualification represents a high level of technical expertise and marked the final requirement needed to achieve the Security designation.

Andrew Towers also played a significant role in reaching this milestone.  As part of the process, he achieved two advanced Microsoft certifications, Security Operations Analyst Associate and Cybersecurity Architect Expert, demonstrating the complexity of knowledge within the team and the commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards.

Modern Work validates the team’s ability to support organisations adopting Microsoft 365 and creating secure hybrid working environments.  This includes improving employee productivity, enabling collaboration and communication, and ensuring systems are effectively managed and protected.

Infrastructure (Azure) recognises the firm’s capability in migrating and managing client infrastructure within Microsoft Azure.  This includes moving on-premises systems to the cloud, modernising networks and servers, and implementing scalable, resilient cloud environments.

Security demonstrates expertise across Microsoft’s security, compliance and identity technologies.  This includes implementing identity and access management, delivering threat protection and ensuring organisations maintain strong security and compliance frameworks.

Alongside its Microsoft accreditations, David Allen IT Solutions also holds internationally recognised certifications for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.

ISO 9001 reflects a strong quality management framework that ensures services are delivered consistently, efficiently and with a clear focus on meeting client needs.
