Coronavirus has certainly made us all focus on our health. Perhaps like me, you are spending more time exercising and thinking about the food we eat; our well-being is top priority. However, an area of wellbeing that tends to be neglected is ‘Financial Wellbeing’.
We strongly believe that ‘financial wellbeing’ provides the key to the other areas of security. Removing or lessening the stress caused by money, can open the door to full enjoyment of everything else in life.
So how do you do boost your Financial Well-being?
A good exercise is to dig out all your policies and plans. Ask yourself why you bought them in the first place and what they do. You may find that family protection policies were taken out as a result of having a mortgage or something similar. They may not now be fit for purpose due to changes in circumstances, such as getting married, living with a partner or having a family.
The next step is to identify where there are gaps or shortfalls. This is where we can help you by reviewing the polices and plans that you have, and explaining how they work and whether they are still suitable.
If you own your own business, there could be ways whereby you can pay for your family protection in a more tax efficient manner. To make this exercise really easy for you, we are offering a free protection healthcare check for you, your family and, if applicable, your business. We’ll help you understand where you are in financial terms and how you can ultimately boost your Financial Well-being.
